You must bring home at least 3 times the rent and have no evictions on your record!

(Proof of income and a copy of your driver's license will need to be provided with your application)

We prefer a 600 credit score or higher.  Anything lower than a 550 will not be considered and anything between 550-600 will require a double security deposit.  

There is a 35.00 background and credit check fee per applicant and co-applicant.    We accept cash, money order, venmo or cashiers check only. This will be collected after your application has been looked at and after the property has been viewed. 

There are 2 options to fill out an application

1. Print the application

2. Download it and email the application

Directions on both below

1.  Click on the pdf download and print the application.

2.  Fill it out both pages (At the top of the page list which property you are interested in)

3.  Take a really good picture of both pages and text the picture to 334-701-4094.

4.  We will print the completed application for you.

5.  When using this method please be sure you get a text back stating that your application 

     has been received.

1.  Click on the pdf download.

2.  On the top right - click on "Fill & Sign in  Acrobat".

3.  Fill in all sections of the application.

4.  Save your application to your files. 

      a. Please be sure to name your file as so...

          Example: rental application John Doe

5.  Email your attachment to:

      pcllcproperties@gmail.com

6.  When using this method please be sure you get an email back stating that your application  

      has been received.
